Katelyn R. Michals, L.Ac, MSOM is committed to helping people like you live a more balanced and thriving life.  Since 2008, Katelyn has helped thousands of patients with their health issues, ranging from back and neck pain to depression and anxiety, insomnia and infertility to digestive concerns and so much more.

Since her early college years, Katelyn has worked at several integrative health care clinics as well as individual Western medical settings as a way to broaden her knowledge about both the eastern and western medical world.  Drawing from her international business background, world travel, yogic lifestyle and nutritional experience, Katelyn brings a great deal of empathy, skills and wisdom to her patients. She understands and lives the stress of modern day careers and family life and offers real-world guidance, solutions and support.

Katelyn practices a unique blend of Chinese and Japanese acupuncture, cupping and heat therapy techniques, along with acupressure, auriculotherapy, and tuina. She also has extensive training in herbal medicine and holistic nutrition– two key components to maintaining sustainable wellness.  Katelyn’s mission is to provide you and your family with the highest quality healthcare possible so that you can enjoy a renewed sense of vitality and live your life to its fullest potential.

Katelyn loves and writes for food blogs and prepares organic, vegan meals for her family from local farmers markets and her own backyard. She thrives on teaching people how to create harmony between their bodies and the food they fuel them with.  She believes that if you put the effort in to make positive lifestyle changes, that your body will have no choice but to regain balance.
