At Legacy Salon and Day Spa we strive to make each of our guests’ visits a special experience.  We aim to provide a relaxing and charming atmosphere staffed with highly experienced service providers. Legacy uses a level system to determine price. Each stylist’s prices are based upon years of working experience, demand for their time, and amount of education. Legacy continues to invest in our education, training, new products, and facilities in order to ensure that Legacy Salon and Day Spa remains a premier salon and spa experience in Hales Corners, Wisconsin.

Construction

Please be mindful of the ongoing construction taking place on Highway 100 and surrounding roads.  Anticipate heavy construction and plan to leave 5-10 minutes early to your appointment, or use alternate routes.

Cancellation Policy

Please observe the courtesy of cancelling an appointment no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee automatically applied to each service booked. A credit card will be held on file to observe the cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension on scheduled services.

Convenience Fee

In order to keep costs down for all guests, a $2 convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

We offer 100% guarantee on all services. If you are not completely satisfied, please call within 1 week to schedule a consultation and/or appointment to determine how we can exceed your expectations.

Cell Phone Policy

For your relaxation as well as that of other spa and salon guests we respectfully request that all cell phones remain on silent or manner mode.

Gratuities

Leaving a gratuity is always left to the discretion of our guests. As in all service-related businesses, it is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the clients satisfaction.

Product Returns

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our skin and hair care products. If you decide that it’s not the right product for you and provided that ¾ of the original amount is unused, we will gladly exchange it for another product . No cash or credit refunds; exchanges or Legacy retail credit only.
